Beth Wright

My name is Beth Wright and I was raised in Pant ward, where I currently live with my partner, John, and daughter, Tesni. I attended Ysgol Hooson and Ysgol Morgan Llwyd before going on to obtain a degree in English Literature. I now work within the library services of Bangor University, on it’s Wrexham campus.

I am Vice Chair of the local youth theatre charity, Theatr yr Ifanc, having served as Secretary for four years. I find working for the charity both rewarding and enjoyable.

Since joining the Labour Party in 2015 I have been involved in several campaigns concerning equality and local justice. Having been elected to serve on Rhos Community Council in February 2018, I’m looking forward to working alongside other members of the community in order to improve facilities for my fellow residents.
